1. Scope
These terms apply to all use of NoLeadLost.
2. Installation, setup fee and subscription
NoLeadLost is installed and set up for you. You pay a one-time setup fee before the installation. The subscription starts on the day your NoLeadLost goes live. The subscription runs per month and is invoiced in advance. You can cancel monthly; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. The setup fee covers work already done and is not refunded after cancellation. All prices exclude VAT.
3. Use
You are responsible for the information you provide, such as prices, opening hours and answers, and for following the rules that apply to your industry. The assistant answers questions based on that information.
4. Availability
We do our best to keep NoLeadLost available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.
6. Data
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. For your customers' data we sign a data processing agreement with you where the law requires it, for example under the GDPR for EU customers.
7. Governing law
The governing law will be stated here once these terms are final.
